Please note that once a subscription has been activated, we are unable to process refunds on behalf of the creators involved. However, we value your flexibility and control over your own subscription. As such, you are able to cancel your subscription at any point before its renewal date to avoid future charges. To do so, simply navigate to 'Settings', and then select 'Subscriptions'. We encourage you to manage your subscriptions mindfully to ensure an optimal experience with our platform.
