How to cancel a subscription

If you would like to cancel the renewal of your subscription this option will be available 24 hours after you subscribed. 

How do I cancel on a desktop?

1. Sign in to your Playeur account
2. Click on your Profile Picture in the upper right corner and select Settings.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Click on the subscription you wish to cancel.
5. Select Do not Renew.

How do I cancel on my phone?

We hate to see you go, but if you need to end your monthly subscription to a channel please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Playeur account
2. Click on your Profile Picture in the upper right corner and select Settings.
3. Select Subscriptions.
4. Click on the subscription you wish to cancel.
5. Select Do not Renew.

When you select Do not Renew, you will continue to enjoy the services being provided by the channel until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again unless you re-subscribe to the channel.

Please note that you will not be refunded for the current active month.
